Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulk Buyer Scout ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bulk Buyer Scout lets you upload contact lists, create email campaigns, and send those emails through Gmail accounts you connect. Features include campaign timing controls, send tracking and reply monitoring.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree that you will:

• Only email contacts for whom you have a lawful basis to contact, and comply with all applicable email and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR), including honouring unsubscribe and opt-out requests.
• Not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory or malicious content.
• Not upload contact lists that were obtained unlawfully.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Comply with Google's terms for any Gmail account you connect.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, or where required by law or by our providers.

When you connect a Gmail account, you authorise us to send emails on your behalf through the Google API, limited to the campaigns you create. You can disconnect an account at any time. Sending limits, deliverability and account standing with Google remain your responsibility.

You retain ownership of the contact lists and campaign content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and transmit that content to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee email deliverability or campaign results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
